What LaunchKaro is

LaunchKaro is a discovery platform for Indian agri, food, agritech, handloom, and MSME/SHG-made products. Makers submit products, which are reviewed and, if approved, published with a live pre-order counter. Buyers use pre-orders to signal real purchase intent to makers before they produce.

LaunchKaro is not a marketplace, payment processor, or escrow service. We never handle money. A pre-order is a statement of intent, not a completed transaction - the actual sale happens directly between the buyer and the maker, through whatever payment method they agree on between themselves. LaunchKaro is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for its outcome, including non-delivery, non-payment, product quality, or any dispute between buyer and maker.

Makers

If you launch a product on LaunchKaro, you agree that:

• Everything you submit (product details, pricing, org information, photos) is accurate and not misleading.
• You have the right to sell the product and to use any photos, trust badges (ODOP, FSSAI, GI Tag, etc.), or claims you include.
• You'll honor pre-orders in good faith - contacting buyers who pre-order and fulfilling on the terms you listed, or clearly communicating if you can't.
• You're responsible for complying with applicable laws for your product category (e.g. food safety/FSSAI licensing where required) - LaunchKaro doesn't verify regulatory compliance on your behalf.

Every submission is reviewed by an admin before going live. We may approve, reject with feedback, or remove a listing at our discretion - including after it's already live, if we reasonably believe it violates these terms.

Buyers

Placing a pre-order shares your name, phone number, and any email/note you provide directly with the maker, so they can contact you to complete the sale. A pre-order is not a binding purchase and doesn't obligate you to buy - but please only pre-order products you genuinely intend to buy, since the pre-order count exists to give makers an honest demand signal.

Content and conduct

Don't submit content that's illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or misleading. Don't post spam, abusive comments, or content unrelated to a genuine product. We may remove content or restrict access for violations of these terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, descriptions, etc.), and grant LaunchKaro a license to display it on the platform for as long as your listing is active.

No warranty

LaunchKaro is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of makers or buyers, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchKaro disclaims liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or from transactions you enter into with other users.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
